The appetizers (or antipasti) here are great. I strongly recommend fried zucchini flowers. Pizzas are between the best I have ever had in this area. The option to choose between Neapolitan and Roman dough is very unique. I will go back as soon as possible.

Il Brigante è una pizzeria che rappresenta una vera certezza per chi ama la buona pizza e si trova a Fiuggi. È diventata per me una tappa fissa ogni volta che torno in zona, un appuntamento irrinunciabile da diversi anni. La qualità delle pizze è altissima: è possibile scegliere tra impasto alla romana, più croccante e sottile, e impasto napoletano, alto e soffice, entrambi realizzati con cura e ben lievitati. Il menù offre un'ampia varietà di gusti, con ingredienti sempre freschi e abbinamenti ben studiati. Le pizze sono generosamente farcite e, su richiesta, è possibile personalizzare ogni ordine con aggiunte o eliminazioni. Anche i fritti sono ben realizzati, croccanti e saporiti, perfetti per iniziare il pasto. Ottime anche le patatine, preparate con attenzione e servite calde. Il locale ha un’atmosfera semplice e familiare, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi una cena in tranquillità. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. In definitiva, Il Brigante è una pizzeria consigliatissima, che unisce ottima cucina, accoglienza e prezzi onesti. Una garanzia per chi vuole mangiare bene in un ambiente autentico e piacevole.

Pizza davvero buonissima, per me la migliore della zona. Si può scegliere sia con impasto alla romana sia alla napoletana al momento dell'ordine. C'è una buona varietà di scelta, le pizze sono tutte ben condite e con ingredienti ottimi (eventualmente con possibilità di aggiunta/eliminazione di ingredienti su richiesta). Il personale è molto gentile, il servizio non sempre è velocissimo ma con un po' di pazienza si può mangiare una pizza buona. Non male anche i fritti. Il prezzo è giusto.
